Below we would like to give you an overview of how we ensure the protection of your personal data offline and when you access our website and what types of personal data we process, for what purposes and to what extent.

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. We use this data exclusively to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, the email address and their use to send the newsletter at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. We also use the Odoo software to send newsletters.

Contest

We offer you the opportunity to participate in competitions via our website. If you take part in one of our competitions, the data you enter when participating will be processed without your further consent, but of course only for the purpose of carrying out and processing the respective competition. As part of the processing of the competition, we will pass on your data to the transport company responsible for delivering the goods or to a financial service provider if the transfer is necessary for the delivery or payment of your prize. Processing of data when accessing our website – log files

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. Integration of Google Maps

On this website we use the offer of Google Maps, another offer from Google, Inc. This serves the purpose of showing you interactive maps directly on the website, making it easy to find the places we have indicated on the website and making it convenient to use to enable map function.

This application is accessed directly from Google servers so that the company receives the IP address currently assigned to you. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. Whether and to what extent or over what period of time the IP address is stored by Google and used internally is beyond our knowledge. Integration of YouTube

Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

Linking social media via graphic or text link

We also advertise presences on the social networks listed below on our website. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents a connection from being automatically established to the respective server of the social network when you access a website that has a social media application in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic will the user be redirected to the service of the respective social network.

After the user is redirected, information about the user is collected by the respective network. It cannot be ruled out that the data collected in this way will be processed in the USA.
